The Infinity 50W LED Floodlight is perfect for those small pockets of space outside your property that you need to keep well lit. Comes in either 3000k warm white colour temperature or 6000k cool white colour temperature. Two colour finishes - Black or White.
The floodlight can be spiked into the ground (grassed or soil areas).
The ultra-slim, attractive curved aluminium body means that you can finally do away with the ugly, boxy floodlights of years gone by.
It doesn’t leave any space in the dark too, thanks to a massive 4500 lumens and a wide 120 degree beam angle emitted by the COB light source.
A colour rendering index (CRI) of 80 means that you’re getting some of the best quality illumination possible too.
Using just 50W, it uses 10 times less energy than an equivalent halogen floodlight. It’s more than adequate if you’re looking
at replacing your old 500w.
All this horsepower is yours for up to 35,000 hours too. If you have the floodlight on for an average of 6 hours per day, that's nearly 16 years of life.
Maintenance costs are further reduced thanks to a huge 30,000 hour lifespan – that’s twice as long as a compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) and 20 times longer than your average halogen light!
Throw in IP65 rating, along with a high quality aluminium alloy construction and this floodlight has everything it needs to withstand the great outdoors.
Lamp colour ( Kelvins )
The colour of a lamp is defined as a measurement called kelvins. A standard GLS light bulb in your house would be 2,700 kelvins which is in the warm colour spectrum and a lamp with 6,000 kelvins would be at the very cold white spectrum. Getting the right colour temperature of a lamp does matter as the warm colour wavelength helps to soften the tone of the area and gives a warm soft relaxed feel and ideal for colourful flower beds and rockery areas especially with wooden bark and at the other end of the scale a 5,000 to 6,000 kelvin lamp colour would be used against a light background such as white walls or to accentuate grey blueish foliage in shrubs and small trees. When you buy a new, energy efficient bulb, keep your application and colour scheme in mind and make sure to buy the bulb with a colour temperature to match.
