No Water feature or Pond is complete without Submersible lights
Bring your water feature to life with Submersible lighting and enjoy the sound of tranquil water and the ambiance of the warm white light from the submersible fitting bringing the water feature to life. Ponds benefit from ambient warm white lighting too and the rippling effect of the water being caught in the soft warmth of the light.

Pond lighting much depends on whether the pond will contain just pond plants or whether you are adding fish. Always keep the colour temperature warm say 2700 Kelvin or 3000 Kelvin and not higher going into the colder white colour spectrum. Keep the lumens, wattage and brightness of the lamps low if fish are introduced and aim to keep the light more focused along the walls of the pond and not towards the fish or have them mounted on top of the pond surrounding brick work pointing the light across the pond to again produce shadowing of ripples from the water.
